These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DealzMate website at dealzmate.com and any purchases you make through our site. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on DealzMate. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm DealzMate or other users.
All prices on DealzMate are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of your order. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color, texture, or appearance from images shown.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.
Payment is processed at the time of order through Stripe, our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount including applicable shipping costs.
We ship to all 50 United States. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. DealzMate is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Our return and refund process is governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Items must meet the conditions described in that policy to be eligible for return.
All content on this site, including product descriptions, images, logos, and text, is owned by or licensed to DealzMate and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealzMate's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product. In no event shall DealzMate be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our site shall be resolved in the courts located in Champaign County, Illinois, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
California Residents: Notwithstanding the above, California residents may have additional rights under California consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
