We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your cordless handheld vacuum, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be in their original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email info@dealzmate.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to: 2009 Fox Drive, Champaign, IL 61820
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Products
If your vacuum arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item unless requested.
Exceptions
- Items that have been misused, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return
- Products returned without original accessories may be subject to a restocking fee
- Sale or clearance items are final sale unless defective
Warranty Claims
All vacuums come with a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, email info@dealzmate.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
