Shipping Region
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (excluding weekends and holidays)
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days — $6.99 (FREE on orders over $75)
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days — $14.99
Free Shipping Threshold
Orders totaling $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. The threshold is calculated on the product subtotal before taxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at info@dealzmate.com.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours at info@dealzmate.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if needed.
